Search Tips
- You may choose any or all combination of criterias in the Apartment Details section above. For example, if you need to find out all the projects in Andheri West, you should just choose Andheri West in the Location drop down and click on the Search Projects button. Whereas if you need to see projects with 2 Bedroom apartments in Andheri West, you should choose Andheri West from the location drop down and 2 BHK from the bedrooms drop down.
- You can choose any one of the three options in the Apartment Costing section. For example, if you need to see all the projects costing between rupees thirty lacs to forty lacs, you should select the radio button adjacent to Price Range and enter 3000000 in the first box and 4000000 in the second box. You can do the same with Per Square Foot Rate (rate/sq.ft.) as well. Please note that only numeric characters are allowed here, i.e: do not put the values on words do not put any commas(,).
- If you are buying an apartment entirely funded by Home Loan, you just need to select the third option in Apartment Costing section and specify your Net Monthly Income (take-home salary) in the box provided and you'll only see those projects which are suitable to your budgets.
Please note: the Search Results takes into account certain standard factors like maximum EMI as 50% of your Net Monthly Income, Incidental expenses of buying a property (15%), percentage of funding HFC's provide on the final costing of apartment (85%) for a tenure of 20 years.
