Answer: Ramrajya is launched in Ambivli with India's progressive housing scheme, where in you pay your 27000 as booking amount and wait for you allotment and after you get your allotment based on your preferences, you can then initiate the Stamp Duty and Registration. There are various flats like 1 BHK Deluxe, 1 BHK Grand, 2 BHK Deluxe, 2 BHK Grand. The price is dependent on the code, which is 101 D etc. You have 3 Bands there, which is Gold - 1 to 8, Diamond 11 to 15, Platinum - 18 to 22. You can choose the flat you like based on the band, code and the configuration at Ramrajya.
