The Group is a success story of two mighty brains. First Mr. Shantilal Maru who laid the foundation of ‘Suvidha Group’ & second Mr. Pramesh Rambhiya, the experienced engineer. They came into association by sharing common interest of providing shelter to every class of society and this burning desire of both set them to establish a Real Estate business and the golden era of ‘SUVIDHA GROUP’ began.
At ‘Suvidha Group’ we’re constantly working towards making a difference to the individual and the community by providing basic human needs and uplifting the standard of living. Since inception, we have believed in, and constantly strive to repay our moral debt to the society which is done through association with ‘KVO’ a renowned NGO helps millions of deprived people throughout the nation. Also, increasing urbanization leading to spiraling prices of real estate and higher pollution levels have necessitated the need to provide more green cover. At ‘Suvidha Group’, we identified this need and developed parks, children’s play areas, beautiful traffic islands and similar facilities in our projects to do our bit towards creating a more equitable environment.
