Sohail Khan Leases Out Premium Shop in Bandra

Sohail Khan has leased out his commercial property in Bandra to The Irish House Food and Beverages for a monthly rent of 16.89 lakh. The 1,290.57 sq ft retail space, located in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after areas, was officially registered in March 2025. The agreement also requires a security deposit of Rs. 60 lakh.

The lease transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 2.67 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 1,000. Sohail Khan had initially purchased the property for Rs. 3.11 crore in April 2009, and it has significantly appreciated in value since then.
