Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has leased out office space in Andheri West, Mumbai, to Bombay Design Centre for Rs. 5.47 lakh per month. The rental agreement spans five years, from May 2025 to April 2030, with an initial fit-out period included. The office unit, covering 2,545 sq ft (236 sq meters) of carpet area, will see an increase in rent from 5.47 lakh for the first three years to Rs. 6.29 lakh for the final two years of the lease.

The transaction, officially registered in May 2025, also incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 85,500 and registration charges of Rs. 1,000. The agreement includes a security deposit of Rs. 16.42 lakh.

Strategic Commercial Investment in Andheri

This lease agreement is part of Ajay Devgn’s commercial real estate portfolio, with the actor having acquired three adjacent office units in April 2023 for a total value of Rs. 30.35 crore. The rental yield for the first three years of this specific office unit stands at approximately 6.5%, rising to around 7.5% in the latter part of the lease.
