Other entities within the Amazon group have also secured office spaces in Vikhroli. Amazon Development Centre India has leased 19,926 sq. ft., Amazon Data Services India has taken 16,447 sq. ft., and Amazon Smart Commerce Solutions has acquired 15,181 sq. ft. All these leases come with a uniform rent of Rs. 184 per sq. ft. Furthermore, the agreements include a total of 133 car parking spaces, with 100 of these offered free of charge.
