The Dharavi Redevelopment Project (DRP) has achieved a significant milestone, with over 63,000 tenements surveyed as part of its ongoing efforts to transform one of Asia's largest slums. Eligible residents will be rehabilitated within Dharavi, while those deemed ineligible will be relocated to new modern townships outside Dharavi. These new townships will be equipped with essential infrastructure and Metro connectivity, providing residents with improved living conditions and access to amenities.
