Four-Acre Navi Mumbai Site Changes Hands

Navi Mumbai's commercial property pipeline is set to expand following Kamdhenu Realities' acquisition of a four-acre land parcel on Thane-Belapur Road for approximately ₹150 crore.

The land was acquired from RPG Life Sciences and provides around 1.8 million sq. ft. of development potential.

New Grade-A Office Destination Planned

Kamdhenu Realities plans to transform the site into a Grade-A commercial park designed as an integrated work and lifestyle destination.

The development is proposed to include corporate offices alongside high-street retail, F&B spaces and other business and lifestyle facilities.

This makes the transaction relevant not only as a land deal but also for the future office and commercial leasing market in Navi Mumbai.

Location Could Support Leasing Demand

The land is situated near IKEA and opposite the upcoming Pawane railway station on Thane-Belapur Road.

The corridor has evolved substantially from its earlier industrial character, with corporate offices, IT parks, technology businesses and data centres increasingly forming part of the area's commercial landscape.

Kamdhenu Realities has also disclosed a pipeline of approximately 6.9 million sq. ft. across Navi Mumbai, indicating that the developer is building a sizeable presence in the region.

The latest project could eventually add a substantial block of new Grade-A office and retail inventory to Navi Mumbai's commercial market.
