Prahladrai Ramchand Builders (P.R.) is among the premier house-builders in the city of Mumbai. P. R. Builders was started by Mr. Chaturbhuj R. Wadhwani, Mr. Niranjan R. Wadhwani and Mr. Premchand Wadhwani in 1964. Since then the company has developed a number of projects in prime localities ranging from South Mumbai to Virar with several projects in the areas of Bandra, Khar and Santacruz. Today, the next generation i.e. Mr. Ajay C. Wadhwani, Mr. Avinash N. Wadhwani and Mr. Kunal P. Wadhwani are working along with their founding fathers to further strenthen the business.At P. R.
