Questions investors ask
What is the risk in buying a pre-launch project?
A pre-launch booking is made before the project is fully registered or approved, so the timeline, price and specifications can still change. Check that the project has a MahaRERA registration number before you pay anything beyond a small token, and read the builder’s track record on delivery. Under RERA, the registered agreement for sale is what binds the developer.
How does construction-linked payment work?
In a construction-linked plan you pay in instalments tied to stages such as plinth, slabs, brickwork and possession, rather than the full price upfront. It spreads the outflow over the build period, but each demand should match the stage actually completed and the schedule in your agreement.
How does RERA progress data help an investor?
MahaRERA shows the registered possession date, quarterly progress updates and any extension a developer has filed. Comparing the promised date with the reported progress gives an early warning of delay, and MPE maps this data across every registered project.
MPE is an independent MahaRERA-registered agent (A51800043517), not a developer’s official site. Project details from MahaRERA and developer disclosures; verify at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.
