STT Global Data Centres has picked up a 3.5-acre plot in the TTC industrial belt at Khairane, Navi Mumbai, in a deal valued at about ₹282 crore. The parcel, spread over roughly 14,000 square metres, already carries an existing structure and was registered in late May 2026.

The site is earmarked for a new data centre, deepening the operator's presence in a corridor where it already runs multiple facilities. Navi Mumbai has emerged as one of the country's fastest-growing data-centre hubs, supported by power availability, connectivity and land at scale.
