The location in Kurla's Nehru Nagar is perfect for those who want to be close to the city's hustle and bustle while still enjoying a peaceful environment. The complex has all the amenities one could ask for, including a power backup, a landscaped garden, a jogging track, and high-speed elevators. The grand entrance lobby is sure to impress anyone who enters the building. The gymnasium is well-equipped, and the intercom/CCTV system provides excellent security. The POP finished walls and imported sanitary fittings add a touch of elegance to the apartments. The vitrified flooring and granite platform are practical and easy to maintain. The neighbourhood is vibrant, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The commute is easy, with excellent public transport links.
