Adani Properties highest bidder for MHADA's Worli, Bandra redevelopment projects

Adani Properties has emerged as the highest bidder for two large cluster redevelopment projects floated by the state housing board β a 34-acre site at Worli and a 98-acre stretch at Bandra Reclamation β with results declared in early June 2026. A separate consortium led the bidding for another cluster.
The winning bids still require clearance from a high-powered committee and government approval before any award. The projects are part of the board's push to redevelop ageing, high-value land parcels in the island city.
