Suraj Estate's subsidiary acquires development rights for land in Mumbai for ₹75 crore

Suraj Estate Developers, through its arm Iconic Property Developers, has signed an agreement to acquire development rights over a roughly 2,941 sq m plot at Mahim West for about ₹75 crore. The plot adjoins the company's ongoing commercial project in the same micro-market.
The addition is expected to bring around 1.5 lakh sq ft of saleable carpet area and lift the combined gross development value of the project to well over ₹2,000 crore, strengthening the developer's south-central Mumbai pipeline.
