Shaan Buys ₹48 Crore, 6,300 Sq Ft Home in Bandra West

Singer Shaan and his wife Radhika Mukherji have purchased three luxury apartments in Bandra West for a combined ₹47.64 crore, adding another high-value transaction to Mumbai's premium residential market.

The apartments are located in Palmera on Turner Road and together measure approximately 6,268 sq. ft. The transaction was registered on August 20, 2026.

Each apartment was purchased for approximately ₹15.88 crore. The deal also includes nine car parking spaces, while approximately ₹2.70 crore was paid in stamp duty.

The three apartments are being brought together to create a large luxury residence of roughly 6,300 sq. ft.

The transaction is significant for Bandra West, which remains one of Mumbai's most established luxury residential markets. Limited land availability, premium redevelopment projects and continued demand for larger homes have helped the suburb maintain its position at the upper end of Mumbai property prices.

Large-format residences are particularly scarce in established neighbourhoods such as Bandra, making the combination of multiple adjoining apartments an option for buyers seeking significantly larger homes without leaving their preferred location.
