Ekta World Launches 6 Commercial Projects in Mumbai’s Western Suburbs

Ekta World has launched The Business District Collection, a new commercial real-estate portfolio starting with six projects across Bandra, Khar and Santacruz West.
The collection brings multiple premium office developments under a common platform, with projects planned around some of Mumbai’s established western-suburb corridors, including Linking Road, Hill Road and Turner Road.
The developer is positioning the portfolio towards businesses looking for premium offices within established residential and lifestyle neighbourhoods rather than traditional standalone business districts.
Potential occupiers include professional-services firms, founder-led companies, family offices, creative and media businesses, boutique financial firms, corporate leadership teams and brand headquarters.
The strategy reflects a broader opportunity in Mumbai’s western suburbs. Bandra, Khar and Santacruz combine high-value residential catchments with restaurants, hotels, retail, entertainment and connectivity to other commercial centres.
For businesses, having offices closer to where senior management and employees live can potentially reduce commute times while providing access to an established social and business ecosystem.
Each of the six developments is expected to retain its individual architectural identity while following a broader focus on contemporary office planning, building services and premium arrival experiences.
The collection is also intended to expand beyond the initial six developments over time.
Sandeep Sadh’s Take:
“Bandra, Khar and Santacruz already have the residential and lifestyle ecosystem. Creating quality commercial inventory in these locations can make them increasingly attractive to businesses that don't necessarily need to operate from a traditional corporate district.”
