Tiger Shroff Sells Khar Flat for ₹9 Crore

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold his luxury apartment at Rustomjee Paramount in Khar West, Mumbai, for ₹9 crore. The transaction was registered on October 22, 2026, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The sale comes days after a reported firing incident involving the actor's vehicle in Juhu. However, no connection between the two events has been established.

Details of the ₹9 Crore Property Sale

The apartment is located on the ninth floor of Wing D at Rustomjee Paramount on 18th Road, Khar West.

The property has a carpet area of 1,291.14 sq ft, an additional exclusive area of 95.80 sq ft and two covered parking spaces.

The transaction attracted ₹54 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration charges. Based on the carpet area, the sale works out to approximately ₹69,700 per sq ft.

Apartment Purchased for ₹7.61 Crore in 2018

Tiger Shroff originally purchased the apartment from Keystone Realtors in July 2018 for approximately ₹7.61 crore.

The latest sale at ₹9 crore represents an increase of around ₹1.39 crore, or approximately 18.3%, over the original purchase price. This does not represent net profit, as taxes and other ownership expenses are excluded.

Khar West's Premium Housing Market

Khar West remains one of Mumbai's established premium residential locations, offering connectivity to Bandra, Santacruz, Juhu and Bandra-Kurla Complex.

The transaction highlights the value of larger apartments in well-located residential developments across Mumbai's western suburbs.

While individual property prices depend on factors such as floor level, amenities, parking and building condition, this sale provides another reference point for luxury residential transactions in Khar West.
