The aim of the website is to provide transparent and easy information to home buyers to enable them to make an informed decision keeping in mind the RERA regulations and the frame work.
The information given on the website for the project may be sourced from the Developers Website, physical visit to the project, email from the Developers, RERA website, Press and Media Advertisements in News Papers, Internet Websites as the case may be. Mumbai Property Exchange Pvt Ltd does not charge the Developers/Builders/Promoters any kind of listing fees and hence the information displayed is on best effort basis and the same is updated periodically as required. Certain sections which are related to the Sold inventory are specifically obtained from the RERA Website.
The pictures/photos and under construction pictures are indicative and may be taken from one side and are just for pure understanding. The actual pictures on the location may be different from different sides etc. The pictures are either taken from the Developers website or taken on site and sent by a client, a realtor colleague etc. No Copyright infringement is done to any pictures to the best of the management notice.
