Suraj Estate Q1 Sales Rise 74% to ₹141 Crore

Suraj Estate Developers recorded sales worth ₹141 crore during the first quarter of FY27, representing a 74% increase from the same period last year.
The company's sales area also increased 74% to 28,834 sq ft, indicating stronger property absorption during the quarter.
Alongside higher sales, the developer has added a new land parcel in Dadar West with an estimated development potential of around ₹100 crore.
For Mumbai homebuyers, the expansion is significant because Dadar is an established residential market with strong connectivity to both western and central parts of the city. New development opportunities in such locations are relatively limited compared with emerging suburbs.
The combination of higher sales and new project additions also shows how developers are looking to expand within established South-Central Mumbai locations rather than relying only on peripheral growth markets.
Key takeaway: Stronger sales and the addition of a Dadar West project indicate continued residential development activity across established South-Central Mumbai markets.
