Birla Estates Secures Vashi Society Redevelopment

Birla Estates’ entry into Vashi through a 3.06-acre society redevelopment puts the spotlight on Navi Mumbai’s emerging redevelopment opportunity.

The Shiv Sai Co-operative Housing Society project is expected to comprise premium and luxury residences, with an estimated revenue potential of around ₹2,600 crore.
