6 Premium Office Projects Planned Across Bandra, Khar and Santacruz

Six premium commercial developments across Bandra, Khar and Santacruz West are being brought together under a new office real-estate portfolio called The Business District Collection.

Launched by Ekta World, the collection will initially focus on established western-suburb locations around Linking Road, Hill Road and Turner Road.

Rather than developing an isolated office district, the strategy is centred around placing workplaces within neighbourhoods that already have premium housing, retail, restaurants, hospitality and entertainment.

The projects are being positioned towards a diverse set of occupiers, including family offices, professional firms, media and creative businesses, founder-led companies, boutique financial businesses and corporate offices.

This is particularly relevant in Mumbai, where employee commute times and connectivity can play an important role in office-location decisions.

Bandra, Khar and Santacruz West already have strong residential catchments and access to major commercial areas. Premium commercial development could therefore allow some companies to operate closer to their employees, clients and business owners.

The individual projects will maintain separate architectural identities while sharing a broader positioning around premium design, efficient planning and contemporary office infrastructure.

More developments may eventually be added to the collection beyond the initial six.
