When you live at Eldora you can enjoy all the conveniences, amenities and luxuries that Hiranandani Gardens is famous for. Eldora stands tall at this scenic 300-acre site, offering an uninterrupted vista of greenery, Powai Lake, the majestic National Park Hills and woods of the Aarey Milk Colony.

Eldora consists of 2 wings having 2 and 3 bhk with 3 sides facing, most of the flats will have open views from here and the building will be ready by April 2006. Leasing prospects are good and long term investment is ideal. But your returns may go down to around 4-5% if the purchase is on higher floors. Limited flats available here but lots of space inside the apartment makes it a good deal. The difference between built up and carpet area is around 24% which is further reduced after considering the common areas available in the apartment.

It is inside the Hiranandani Complex off. the hospital and it is convenient from the market prespective, the building is already on a height and hence the views are open. It is a bit far away from the Hirananadani Club houses. You can get a lake view above level 4 or so.
